Led the effective execution of technology strategy for network infrastructure, application development, and support for North American and Canadian operations. Directed daily operations of two direct and 11 indirect reports including two independent developers and a third-party development firm. Identified more productive methods to achieve top performance, eliminating waste and reducing expenses. Supported company-wide direction in areas of policy and planning for data processing, application development, and

related functions. Managed budget to ensure compliance with established parameters, while working to reduce bottom-line expenses. Completed SAP Application Rationalization phase of Avnet’s SAP initiative. Managed conversion of all Bell’s systems to Avnet systems.
