9 The Company we work along:
Tangail Saree Kutir is the first chain local Saree store in Bangladesh. It
produces scarves, stoles and jewelry along with its cotton and silk sarees in
block print, batik, nakhshikatha, jamdani, mirpur, pabna, rajshahi and
tangail. The company employs more than 5000 weavers and 1000 hand
crafters to create magnificent handloom sarees as well as materials. Inspired
by folklore religious stories and nature of rural Bangladesh, design created
with dramatic sheer fluidity which gently showcases the body to make simply
elegant. Tangail saree Kutir has become one of the most famous share stores
of its kinds in Dhaka, Bangladesh to expose the exotic Beauty of Bangladesh
women in vibrant sarees.
Tangail Saree Kutir pioneered to recapture the glorious image of once famous
Dhakai Muslins and also regenerated the local sarees for popular use which
largely endangered during seventies.
