With yarn needle, sew body seams together, stuffing as you go. When finished, cut yarn with about 6 inches remaining. With crochet hook, chain this remaining yarn until you reach the base of the body. Bind off. This chain then becomes the elephants tail. Align the leg openings with where you want to place the legs on the body. With yarn needle, sew legs to body so that the openings of the legs are joined with the body.
