Website Advertising Order Form

Contents Price Advertisement Duration Per Ad Space Per Term: Thirty (30) calendar days, Per Ad Space Per Term: Three Hundred and Sixty (360) calendar days 1. One (1) static image Monthly: USD15.00 per month [Square Box:125x125] or part thereof or 2. One (1) link Yearly: USD150 per year or part thereof

1. Each advertisement costs US$15.00 per ad space per month or part thereof OR US$150.00 per ad space per year or part thereof. 2. The advertiser receives one static image with one (1) link. 3. The advertiser will provide the following information to the co-ordinator [Eric] via (a) The desired advertisement space by quoting the Ad Space Code; and (b) The static image with the desired link. 4. Allotment of advertisement space is on a first-come-first-served basis. In the event the desired advertisement space is not available, the co-ordinator will suggest an alternative one. 5. Upon receipt of the necessary information and confirmation of the desired advertisement space via , we will proceed to place the advertisement accordingly. 6. Thereafter, we will send the advertiser an email invoice to be paid via PAYPAL. Payment is to be made within three (3) calendar days from the date of the invoice. This is part of goodwill and a gesture of appreciation of our business partnership. Start date will be after the cooling period. 7. Please send us a copy of the PAYPAL payment receipt via as confirmation of payment. 8. Failure to make payment within the stipulated period will result in removal of the advertisement. 9. The contract period will be for the number of terms as ordered by the advertiser starting from the date of invoice. No refund will be made for withdrawal (s) and/or cancellation (s) after the cooling period of three (3) calendar days during the contract term (s). 10. Notice to extend the contract terms must be given to the Ad co-ordinator at least five (5) working days (Mondays to Fridays) before the expiry of the contract term (s). Failure to do so may result in the loss of the ad space. 11. We do not create, own, or warranty advertisements provided by the advertiser.

12. We retain the right to review and approve all advertisement (s). We do not accept advertisements with links to adult contents or gambling for gain (s). 13. We carry competitive advertisement (s) and do not offer exclusivity, either as to entire content such as a co-branded part of the site, or as specific pages within a site. 14. We retain the right to remove the advertisement: (a) If the advertiser fails to fulfill payment on this agreement; and/or (b) In the event that we receive notification that the advertisement is claimed to infringe on the rights of a third party (without any refund); and/or (c) If in our opinion the advertisement (s) may cause possible harm or damage (s) to our site (s). 15. The advertiser agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the provider of this advertisement service (s) and their respective agents or employees from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) incurred as a result of an infringement on the rights of a third party by the advertiser. 16. We do not warranty or guarantee the performance of this site or the technology behind the site. 17. These terms are subject to change.
