NOTE:
O While performing Kihon, you must
4 do Kiai in time
4 do bounce back to your starting position immediately after executing a zuki or geri
in Kumite.
4 do rotate your heap when executing a technique
4 do proper breathing (ibuki).
4 do ensure proper balance of your body.
4 do ensure that your muscles work together in harmony.
O When you enter to a dojo first rei to your Dojo and say 'Osu' to your training partners & to
your seniors, when someone say 'Osu' please reciprocate the same.
O When you leave Dojo say 'Sta' (Shita) to your training partners & Teachers.
