1. The compIeted project has to be packaged as mentioned below. Projects will be treated as complete only if
all the three archives or any of them is submitted depending upon the proj ect scenario.
O Java¯ project ÷ JAR file
O Web project ÷ WAR file
O Complete J2EE project ÷ EAR file
2. ,e , ZIP or TAR fiIe of your code and put it into a folder, or just ZÌP or TAR the entire workspace.
3. Store screenshots of all the screens or UÌs of the project as JPGs in a folder titled Snapshots, or create a
DOC, PPT, or PDF of all the screenshots with all possible test cases:
O For a login page, take screenshots of pages with correct and incorrect login details.
O Ìnclude screenshots of the related features, like change password/forgot password.
O Ìnclude the test case for which the screenshot was taken.

O Ìntroductory table of contents
O Titles and subtitles
O Proper page numbers
O Standard font size, style, and color across the documents
O Document can be created in any one of the standard formats: TXT/PDF/OTT/ODT/DOC/HTML (NOTE: Do
not send the same documents in multiple formats)
5. ocuments to submit:
O Project scenario.
O A copy of the submitted SRS.
O Latest version of the project SRS.
O A short presentation of fewer than 10 slides using the presentation template. The slides should have
information about your team; tools used; your understanding of the project scenario/problem statement;
information about the application you have created; key functionality/innovative features, if any, in your
application; highlight if you have used or proposed SOA, XML, Tivoli, etc. in the complete solution of your
application (if you have not used Tivoli, highlight where it fits during the implementation); and information
about end-user feedback, if available, from someone who is not part of the application development team or
related to the domain for which the application is created.
O End-user Help manual on how to use your application/solution.
O Ìnstallation script text file, in which you must specify the step-by-step process for deploying/running your
application on a new machine.
O All of the above has to be created as separate files and stored in the docs folder.
O Ìf you have created Javadocs, submit those as well.
O Preferably, all related project documents need to be created using Lotus Symphony, available in the TGMC
DVD kit. Please ask for a kit if you do not have one, or you can also download the same from the Lotus
Symphony Overview.

O Case diagrams
O Class diagrams
O Sequence diagrams
O Architecture diagrams
O ER diagrams
O Database schema diagrams

O Go to the DB2 Control Center
O Right-click on the database created for the project
O Choose ener,te , then choose AII Schemes
O Click inish, save the DDL script, and send it
8. e need the b,cup of your database. For DB2 V8.2 and DB2 V9.0:
O Go to the Control Center
O Right-click on the database and click ,cup
O Choose the directory and create a folder
O Click inish
O ZÌP the folder in which the database has been backed up and send it to us
O You can also use the following command at DB2 CLP to back up the database: BACKUP DATABASE <DB
O The tables in the database should have some sample test data

2. esign folder for all your models/designs
3. Project folder for the project source code and related files
-- Copy and paste the ZÌP file of your workspace and keep the EAR/WAR/JAR files in this folder
-- Create a folder called Library within the project folder and add all libraries, drivers, and other
supporting JARs/ZÌP files
