PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Weathercoat Matt is a premium quality smooth coating based on 100% pure acrylic resin, pigmented with titanium dioxide and other grade light fast - alkali resisting pigments. Its special formulation incorporating fungicides and algaecides ensures outstanding weather resistance and durability. Ideal as a decorative and protective coating.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The performance of this coating is directly related to the degree of surface preparation. Ensure surface is clean, dry and free from all contaminants. Surface must be sound and free from laitance. Remove laitance by wire brush or sweep blast. If surface is previously painted, ensure that all peeling or flaking paint is removed completely. Thoroughly dust down the entire surface. If the surface previously painted and is dusting, chalking or friable then ensure that all friable and all loose material are removed by a stiff bristle brush and scrapper. Thoroughly dust down the entire surface. Apply one coat Plastaseal penetrating sealer and allow to dry. (Consult Berger ) In case of fungal growth treat with Bison Fungicidal Solution and allow to dry.
APPLICATIONS DETAILS
Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying. Do not apply when humidity exceeds 95% and condensation is likely. Surface temperature should be 3C or more above dew point. Stir the contents thoroughly before and during use, with a broad flat stirrer, using and upward lifting action Roller: Recommended Brush / Spray : Can also be used
