Alumnae Tea invitations - To be made by Antonia, as well as an e-invitation - Zomana will put all of the event information on the HER homepage - Marjorie will include a list of position responsibilities to inform attendees of the possibility of running for a position on the Board, Zomana will put these on website as well - Antonia has a printer, is still deciding on design and layout, most likely black and white, Alumnae Room printer not reliable enough for big job Awards for Tea - Rae will announce the awards at Sundays House Meeting - April 5th is the Ruth Manwaring deadline, one week for the Miss Cooperative, Emma Sleeper, and best GPA awards - Ruth Manwaring- Housemembers write to Board detailing their need - Miss Coop, Emma Sleeper-House votes - Best GPA- submitted to Rae - Best Cook? I found that we gave this out last yearshall we continue? Acknowledgements for Seniors - Rae believes that there are 13 women who need acknowledging, will let us know the exact count Officer Reports - Marjorie- will mention that our donations have DOUBLED this year, despite the economic downturn, will mention her role as co-Treasurer - Zomana- will mention the database, the results of sending an e-newsletter, invite people to the website, detail the participation and enthusiasm for the

Valentines Tea (without making people feel bad for not being invited!), Network for Good donation option Rae- will talk about the state of the House, increased communication and relationship with ORL, will combine with Antonia Rebecca- will also mention the increase in donations, possibly archiving, say Thank You for support

Food - There will be fewer options this year, but more stock - HERAA will donate $200, as last year - Marjorie will donate extra flowers Entertainment - Slide Show - Considering inviting a female a capella group - There are a few pianists in the House - Playlist has been organized Miscellaneous Tea - Big tablecloth? Antonia will survey the committee to find one, if not we will invest in a new tablecloth - Marjorie will call about naugahide? - Rebecca will research magnet or other keepsake options - Rachel will coordinate a sign-in at the door, bring the guestbook, and a printing of the database so women can update their contact information if necessary - Rachel will also send a Thank You again after the Tea, to the Boards approval - Irene Kelley- acknowledgement, flowers - Name Tags? Rae will ask House Secretary if there are any around the House, otherwise will purchase more - Rebecca will email Hilary Johnson regarding archiving information

OTHER BUSINESS VIII. Connecting - Rachel and Rebecca will do the outreach to get women in different geographic locations to reach out to HER women in their areas, will also mention at the Tea - BCC emails to women in these areas and see who responds Furniture - Marjorie, Rebecca, and Rachel will go look at furniture at Jennifers Convertibles. In the event that no one else can attend, we voted to trust Marjories selection choices.
