Mobile phones Mobile phones are one of the recent means of communications. They are of great importance to many people in society from a businessman to an ordinary man. In time of emergency‫ الطوارئ‬people need to make a phone call asking for the ambulance help. In travel, mobiles are necessary to tell other people how you are doing. But some people have bad habits when using mobiles. They sometimes disturb people indoors unnecessarily at midnight. While driving, they may cause death, so the government should pass strict laws against using them while driving. However, doctors warn people of its disadvantages of exposing‫ تعريض‬themselves to the side effects of electromagnetic‫ المغناطسيسة الكهربية‬waves causing cancer. So people should use mobile phones more wisely and quietly.

4-How to avoid illness No one can deny that health is a crown on our heads only the patients can see so we are asked to take care of it. There are two kinds of cleanliness which we can not do without them .They are hygiene and sanitation .We must cover our foods because flies and insects land on foods and we should boil our foods to kill germs .we must wash our hands after and before meals.

5-How to protect our environment No one can deny that our environment faces many kinds of pollution. the most dangerous one is air pollution. This kind of pollution is caused by exhaust fumes result in cars, buses and lorries. To protect our environment we must reduce the amount of pollution .We must use public transport as possible as we can. We should look for clean fuels such as natural gas and solar energy. "An old man or woman you respect" I respect all people who are older than me , but I like my father best. he does his best to provide us with all our needs .He works day and night to provide us all necessities of life .He treats us kindly. He helps me with my lessons and Take us on a picnic during the weekends. I respect him because he is kind to his parents and the poor. "One of your good friends" All my friends are good I believe in the wisdom which says man can not live apart from others he must choose friend to live with. My friend …is kind and polite she is honest and generous .She helps me when I am need of her .She encourage me to pray and remember Allah all time.
