Curb Appeal and Entry Way


Verizon|4G Wireless |Premium Wireless Retailer names must be display on the near the front entry way. Always confirm your store has proper signage. Store hours signs also help distinguish branding when displayed in the front window.

Clean Side Walk and Verizon Premium Agent Entry Floor Mat Sweep and Vacuum Store Hours Sign Placed in correct Window Position

Now Hiring sign placed directly below or above the store Hours sign.
POP Collateral Suction Cupped to Windows. Follow merchandising guidance. Do Not Clutter the windows with excessive posters, window clings, flyers etcDo not Use Tape.

2. Demo Bar, Handset Bars, Accessory Units


Make sure the current version of Verizons Your guide is accessible to the customers.

The small business version of this guide should also be available to the customers.
You must have at least 3 working demo Smartphones not including iPhones displayed as demo units for customer interaction. You must also have at least one working demo feature phone displayed as a demo for customer interaction You must have one live working netbook or tablet displayed as a demo for customer interaction You must have one live working aircard or MiFi for displayed as a demo for customer interaction. Secure all Demo devices properly. Do Not use tape, glue, old sticky pads, etc You must display a computer or netbook with My Verizon Express as the home page. This is designated for customers to use for accessing account info and making payments. Place Demo Devices Boxes underneath Demo bar, not in inventory safe . One of your handset display units should be dedicated to 4G handsets and 4G mobile broadband All of the dummy display units must have functional security equipment in order to hold down the phones. Do not leave a security device holder without a dummy phone display. Your iPhone display unit must be completely functional and secure from potential tampering of the devices. Make sure all dummy handsets are correct (see plan-o-Gram), Secure all Dummys with adhesive pads. Wipe down and dust all handsets and furniture daily. Each accessory display unit must stay organized according to the Plan-O-Gram

Do not leave empty pegs on accessory units. If you need to move something temporarily to cover an empty
peg that is acceptable. All dummy handsets must display a fact card that shows the specs of that device according to Plan-o-Gram

Store Visit Checklist-Plan-o-Gram


Plan-o-gram

Place Acrylic Headers For each Accessory Unit. One Short and one Long Header for Each Accessory Rack. The
corresponding inserts must be installed and displayed correctly. Merchandise accessories according to Plan-o-Gram Standards, Two columns of Charging Solutions in each wall unit. Follow guidance to organize by related Brands.
Check all P.O.P Point of Point materials for current dating and product promotion remove all out of date

P.O.S. Counter and Sales(showroom) Floor


Display 4G Wireless Return Policy in Countertop Display Mat Two Per Store (Min. of 1) Be sure and have the ability and knowledge on how to process bill payments from customers. Keep customer contract and customer profile information out of sight from general public and other customers. Must have a signature pad at the POS counter for customers to use when tendering credit card transactions. Display Protect Cell Collateral Neatly. If available use an acrylic holder to display Protect Cell Information. Keep all surfaces including the P.O.S. counter clean and wiped down. Keep all binders, invoices, and

reference material neatly organized to maintain a professional sales environment.


Display only current posters, window clings, and standees. Be sure to place them in locations that do not interfere with store visibility, sales flow, and customers ability to walk around the store.

5. Work Schedule Compliance


Store staffing schedule in Retail IQ two weeks in advance Hours scheduled according to store traffic patterns and minimum staffing requirements Store manager scheduled nights, and weekends Daily punches accurate with lunch breaks and approved overtime Copies of time off request approved and reflected in schedule

6. Back Stock Room-Restroom-Closets


Whiteboard with Current Quotas and Actuals Updated Daily Bulletin Board with Current Ops Bulletins/Marketing Bulletins and any important info to communicate. Use Storage Boxes to keep invoices organized. Back room Must stay clean and Organized. 7. Inventory Safe Back Room
