Working principIe of MTW European miII
The main unit of the grinder mill runs with a central shaft driven by a transmission device. The top of the grinder
mills'shaft is connected with a quincunx stand, on which a grinder roller is installed to form a swing support. The
grinder roller of the grinder mills not only rotates around its own axis, but also rotates around the grinder ring and
rotates itself due to the friction. There is a spade system under the quincunx stand at the bottom end of the grinder
roller. During rotation of the spade and the rollers of the grinder mill, materials will be fed into the space between
rollers and ring to form a material layer. The materials will be grinded due to centrifugal force.

Working principIe of UItrafine MiII
The main motor of the Ultrafine Mill drives main axle and every layer rotating by the power of reducer. Dial drives
numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pintles. Big materials are crushed into small particles by hammer
crusher. Then they are sent to store house by elevator. Vibrating feeder send the materials evenly to the middle of the
upper dial. Under the function of the eccentricity, the materials fall into the ring to be pressed, crushed and milled into
pieces by rollers. After the first crush, materials fall into the second and third layer. The pumping of the high-pressure
centrifugal blower put the outside air into the machine. The coarse powder will be brought into the classifier.

Working principIe of High Pressure MiII
Ìn the mainframe of the High Pressure Mill, there are strong springs with pressure as high as1000-1500 kg
equipped on the roller suspender. When the High Pressure Mill works, the roller rotates around the principal axis, and
clings to ring under the effect of the strong spring and eccentricity. When the materials are sent into the grinding
chamber of the High Pressure Mill, they are brought to the space between the roller and ring and get grinded. Then
the powder grinded by the High Pressure Mill will be blown into separator. The fine powder after departed with the air
is discharged through the outlet as final product. The large-sized powder falls back for regrinding. The air will be back
to the blower for repetition of the above process. The left air will come to the bag filter to get cleaned. When the wear
and tear between roller and the ring reaches certain degree, adjust the length of the strong spring, so to keep the
invariable pressure between the roller and the ring, to make sure the stable production and the fineness when the
High Pressure Millworks.

This Ball Mill, a horizontal type and tubular running, has two warehouses. The Ball mill runs along the outside gear.
Materials spirally and evenly enter the first warehouse along the input hollow axis by input devices. Ìn the warehouse,
there is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board. Steel balls of different specifications are installed in the scale board

Working principIe of VerticaI MiII
The motor of the Vertical mill drives the grinding table through decelerator. The materials fall down the center of
grinding table from feed opening. At the same time, hot air comes into the Vertical mill from the air inlet. Due to the
centrifugal force, materials move to the edge of the grinding table. The materials are pulverized by the roller of the
Vertical mill when by pass of the groove on the grinding table. The crushed materials are brought up by vane high-
speed airstream, the larger particles fall down to the grinding table for regrinding. When the materials in the airstream
pass the separator on the top of the Vertical mill, the coarse powder fall down the grinding table for regrinding under
the function of rotation rotor. The fine powder comes out with the airstream,and is gathered by the dust catcher. The
materials content with moisture will be dried when they meet the hot airstream. Through adjusting the temperature of
the hot airstream, the Vertical mill can meet different material's requirement, and also through adjusting seperator, the
Vertical mill can reach proper fineness of materials.

When entering grinding chamber, the raw materials are shoveled up by the shovels and grinded between the rollers and ring;
the materials after grinding are brought into the separator along with the air from the blower, and the qualified fine powder
became final products and come into the cyclone powder collector, the other unqualified powder fall down to be re-grinded.
The circular air returns back to the blower that the above process will be repeated, and the remaining air enters the bag filter
in order to protect the environment.

Working principIe of Coarse Powder MiII
When using the Coarse mill ,step with main shaft, bulk disk and roller bracket is driven by motor through reducer.
Ìnstalled above bracket, roller assembly rates with main shaft and swings freely meantime. This bring a large
centrifugal force, which scatters bulk materials evenly in grinding intermediate layer between central roller and ring.
The bulk materials are grinded into powder and fall on the bottom, and then discharged from discharging opening
under the effect of synchronously rotating scraper.

Raymond Mill is mainly applied to the powder processing of mineral products in industries of metallurgy,
construction, chemistry, and mining etc. The Raymond mill can produce powder from more than 280 kinds of non-
flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and humidity below 6%, such as barite,
limestone, quartz, calcite, granite, porcelain clay, basalt, gypsum etc. The final size of the Raymond mill is between
613micron and 440 micron(0.613mm÷0.044mm). Through the function of separator and blower, the Raymond mill
can meet different customers' demand.

Working principIe of Raymond miII
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, and then the crushed materials are elevated
into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and
continuously into the grinding chamber of the Raymond mill for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to
press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between
ring and roller to accomplish the grind. After this, the ground stuff is carried by the air from the blower into the
separator for screening. The fine powers are blow into the cyclone collector and are poured out through the output-
powder valve as the final products and the rough stuff after the screening will be recycled back into the grinding
chamber for regrinding. The airflow system of the Raymond mill is closely sealed up and circulated under condition of
negative and positive pressure.
