In a globalized world Change is inevitable and the key to success is to adapt to change. The demands of the market change day by day and this presents wide range of opportunities for an organization to explore, innovate, improve and grow. Organizational transformation refers to changes in how an organization functions and to its environment. Requires shared vision, willingness to clean house, restructure and tackle many problems. Organizational Transformation tends to be shaped by use of power rather than collaborative approaches. Due to immediate threat, this may be only way for organization to survive. Large-scale change approaches may be Incremental - long-term planned change or Transformative immediate, drastic change. Organization overview: We were to design an organization with limited sources and which can grow over the time. That gave birth to “Fly Unveil”, an organization which offers innovative solutions to common problems and automobile industry. The organization developed fans at cheaper price and low maintenance cost and made engines for bikes, cars and airplanes. The challenge we faced was to continuously improve, innovate and grow. We invested 30% of our yearly revenues on the research and development and as a result the products we offered increased in number and quality.
