6 McAlexander Expert Report . I have personal knowledge of the facts contained herein, and i

7 called upon as a witness, I could and would testify competently as to the matters set forth below .
8 2. 1 discovered U.S . Patent No. 4,734,909 (the "Bennett Patent") on or around
9 July 25, 2008 while reviewing prior art .
10 3. I discovered a reference entitled "The Triangle Processor and Normal
II Vector Shader : A VLSI System For High Performance Graphics" by Deering et al . (the "Deering
12 Reference") in July 2008 around the same time that I discovered the Bennett Patent .
13 4. I first received a copy of U .S . Patent 4,496,861 (the "Gazes Patent") from
14 Hynix's counsel, Theodore G. Brown III, on August 10, 2008 . I then evaluated the Bazes Patent
15 as prior art and prepared a claim chart for the Bazes Patent for inclusion in the Final Invalidity
16 Contentions served on August 22, 2008 .
