Interpretation and Terminology

To correctly interpret and understand these Operational Policies and Procedures, the following Terminology used within this document should be understood: younique Customer: A Customer of younique who is not qualified as an Independent Business Owner (IBO) to receive commissions. younique Independent Business Owner: A person who is qualified as an Independent Business Owner (IBO) to refer people to the Company, to offer and market its products, and to receive commissions from the Company on business volume as outlined in the younique Pay Plan. GoldShop: An IBO online GoldShop where younique Gold and Silver products may be purchased by the IBO or their Customers. Secure StorageBox: A secure storage service provided by younique where the Customer or IBO may safely and securely store younique Gold and Silver products. StorageBox Order: Any order from a Customer or IBO to ship younique Gold and Silver product(s) to their StorageBox. Sell Back Order: An order placed by a Customer or IBO to sell back to younique any younique Gold and Silver products held in their StorageBox. Shipping Order: An order placed by a Customer or IBO to physically ship younique Gold and Silver products held in their StorageBox to a physical destination. Total Holding Value Cap: A limit to the total combined value of younique Gold and Silver products that may be stored in a StorageBox at one time. Value Cap Exemption Application: An application that may be made by the Customer or IBO for an exemption to the limit of combined value held within their StorageBox. younique Gold and Silver Products: The range of younique Collectable Gold and Silver products that are offered by younique and may be purchased from an IBO’s GoldShop

1) OVERVIEW younique established its Secure StorageBox service in line with the Company’s core global mission and purpose which is to put the private ownership of Gold and Silver into the hands of anyone, regardless of their background or the jurisdiction where they reside. younique is aware that taking physical delivery of Gold and Silver Collectable products may at times be inconvenient or difficult for reasons including temporary or long-term import restrictions imposed by some countries at various times, import duties and taxes, concerns over security and/or privacy of shipments to various regions or countries, the time required to plan and organize long-term secure storage arrangements and other considerations. To this end, younique established its Secure StorageBox operations with the world-leading secure storage company, ViaMat International. younique‘s Secure StorageBox facility is designed to provide a service that will enable younique Customers and IBOs to safely and securely store younique Gold and Silver products for future physical collection, shipping or liquidation. These Policies and Procedures outline how this service may be used by younique Customers and IBOs. 2) PURPOSE OF STORAGE younique‘s Secure StorageBox is designed to provide an intermediary or temporary holding facility for those people who have a long-term outlook for the acquisition and private ownership of precious metals. It is not designed to be a permanent storage solution. younique is not a licensed bullion bank or bullion custodial company and is not providing younique Customers or IBOs with a fiduciary, banking or trustee service. younique‘s Secure StorageBox may be used by younique Customers or IBOs who are acquiring younique Gold and Silver Collectable products to safely and securely store those products while they are making longer term, permanent collection and storage arrangements. 3) ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF STORAGEBOX younique Customers or IBOs wishing to use the younique Secure StorageBox service are required to establish their own personal StorageBox through the GoldShop website catalogue. The purchase of a StorageBox will allow storage of younique Gold and Silver products for up to 12 months after which time the service may be renewed for a further 12 months on an ongoing basis. Costs associated with a 12-month StorageBox are on a sliding scaled based on the total value held within the StorageBox as outlined in section 4) STORAGEBOX FEES, below. The purchase of a StorageBox is charged at the minimum fee which covers the storage of all products up to a total value limit. If the total value limit is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged pro rata for the additional months remaining within the StorageBox’s 12-month cycle. Once the 12-month cycle is complete, the StorageBox may be renewed and the fee applicable to the current ‘Total Value Limit of Stored Items’ will be charged. Only one StorageBox is allowed per Customer or IBO.

5) STORAGEBOX ORDER PROCESSING A ‘StorageBox Order’ is one or more Gold or Silver products that are purchased at one time from the younique GoldShop, where at the time of purchase ‘Secure StorageBox’ is selected from the shipping options. A StorageBox order may also be initiated by the completion of a Nest Egg Savings cycle (where sufficient grams have accumulated within the Nest Egg grams bank to ship the selected product) and where ‘Secure StorageBox’ was selected as the shipping option in the Nest Egg profile. A shipping order charge of USD$15 is incurred per shipping order regardless of whether that shipping order constitutes single or multiple products. 6) TOTAL HOLDINGS VALUE CAP younique‘s Secure StorageBox service is designed as an intermediary or temporary holding facility and is not intended as a permanent storage solution. Furthermore, younique is not providing a fiduciary, banking or trustee service. A ‘Total Holdings Value Cap’ applies to the Secure StorageBox service where the total combined value being held in a Secure StorageBox will not exceed USD$25,000. Should the total combined value exceed the Total Holdings Value Cap, the Customer or IBO will be notified and requested to arrange collection or shipping of some or all of the product from the StorageBox within 30 days to reduce the total holdings value to below the cap. The Customer or IBO may apply to younique to be approved for a ‘Value Cap Exemption.’ In this case the Customer or IBO will be required to complete a Value Cap Exemption Application which will include comprehensive Due Diligence, Know Your Client and Source of Funds questionnaire, provide certain support documentation and agree to a background check. This Due Diligence process is standard and in line with today’s normal international practice of ‘Know Your Client.’ younique reserves the right at its discretion to not approve a Value Cap Exemption Application. A onetime fee of USD$250 will be charged for the processing of the application. This fee is non-refundable should the application be unsuccessful. 7) LIQUIDATION AND SELL BACK younique‘s Secure StorageBox service is designed for those people who have a long-term outlook for the acquisition and private ownership and holding of precious metals. It is not designed to allow or encourage the trading of market movements such as the ups and downs in the price movements of physical Gold and Silver. Customers and IBOs may at times experience a change in circumstances or strategy and to that end may wish to sell some or all of their Gold and Silver Collectable products held in their Secure StorageBox. This may be done using the Sell Back function in the Secure StorageBox Management tool in the Customer or IBO’s Business Center. When a Sell Back order is placed by the

Customer or IBO, this sell order will be processed at the Gold and/or Silver price of the next London Gold or Silver Fix after one clear banking day (24 hours) from the placing of the Sell Back order. The value of the Sell Back transaction will be the total number of ounces (to .000 of a troy ounce) times the applicable London Gold Fix price minus the applicable Transaction Fee as outlined in section 8) SELL BACK TRANSACTION FEES, below. Transaction Fees are calculated on a sliding scale based on the period of time the applicable products have been held in the Secure StorageBox. When there are multiple products of the same product type acquired over a range of time, the Transaction Fee will be calculated based on the longest held products in the Secure StorageBox reducing the Transaction Fee applied to the transaction. 8) SELL BACK TRANSACTION FEES Years Held in StorageBox up to Year 1 Year 1 to Year 2 Year 2 to Year 3 Year 3 and beyond 9) PHYSICAL COLLECTION Customers and IBOs may wish to physically collect some or all of their younique Gold and Silver products held in their Secure StorageBox. Physical collection may be requested at any time. Physical collection is from Kloten in Zurich, Switzerland. Instructions of intention of physical collection must be given to Gold Tribe Support a minimum 14 days prior to the proposed collection date. The Customer or IBO will be sent a Physical Collection Application which will include the name and identification of the person who will be in attendance at the physical collection. A onetime fee of USD$200 will be charged for the processing of the Physical Collection Application. 10) PHYSICAL SHIPPING Customers and IBOs may wish to physically ship some or all of their younique Gold and Silver products held in their Secure StorageBox. Physical shipping may be requested at any time. This can be done using the Shipping function in the Secure StorageBox Management tool in the Customer or IBO’s Business Center. Standard GoldShop shipping charges and terms of conditions apply. Shipping terms are contained within the Code of Conduct. The Customer or IBO is responsible for applicable VAT or import duty charges and import laws and restrictions within the destination country. 11) STORAGE TYPE younique Gold and Silver products held in storage on behalf of younique Customers and IBOs is held exclusively within the high security storage vaults of ViaMat International at their Kloten, Zurich facilities under a storage agreement between ViaMat International and Joseph Wealth Systems GmbH. Under the terms of this agreement, all younique Gold and Silver products held in storage on behalf of younique Customers and IBOs are insured at all times to 100% of its full market value by a Lloyds of London insurer. younique Gold and Silver products held in ViaMat International’s facilities are segmented and segregated exclusively for younique. ViaMat International is an accredited member of the London Bullion Market Association for the provision of security transport and storage services to the precious metals industry.
