Whole System is paperless

SWAGAT online The winner of UNPSA Award & CXO Award 2011

SWAGAT

To bring about a revolutionary change in the way grievances were being addressed in Gujarat, the SWAGAT on line program is used since 24th April 2003 by the Hon’ble Chief Minister The grievance redressel mechanism in a state gives an idea on the effectiveness of its governance. Grievances are addressed through formal channels, with unresolved g grievances being dealt with at p g g progressively higher levels. y g Since February 2011, GRAM SWAGAT has also started for village level grievances.
