Layered BBQ Nachos

INGREDIENTS :DIRECTIONS :

1 bag Ingles fresh tortilla chips
o
1 (15 oz.) jar Laura Lynn medium salsa con queso
o
1 (16 oz.) container fully cooked pulled pork with sauce, heated to package directions
o
1 (15 oz.) can Laura Lynn whole kernel corn, heated and drained
o
1 (15 oz.) can Harvest Farms Organic black beans, heated and drained
o
1 (18 oz.) bottle Laura Lynn barbecue sauce
o
1 (12 oz.) jar Laura Lynn sweet & hot nacho sliced jalapenos
(optional)
o
1 container Ingles guacamole
o
1 tomato, diced
o
cilantro, freshly chopped
(optional)
1.Place a layer of tortilla chips on a large serving platter.2.Microwave the salsa con queso in 30 second increments, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Dollop some cheese sauce over the tortilla chips.3.Build the nachos by adding pork, then corn, and black beans. Drizzle with barbecue sauce, then add jalapeno slices, guacamole, tomato, and cilantro.4.Add another layer of chips, and repeat toppings. Add as many layers as you like.Notes: If your family has different preferences, make it a nacho bar! Simply put out the ingredients and plates, and let everyone build their own nachos.
