RF Planning & Optimization Engineer Responsibilities:

In charge of the Northern Part of Jordan related to all activities which include: Frequency plan, Design of Sites, Network optimization, traffic dimensioning studies for all Jordan and special indoor projects including Repeaters Analysis the Network performance Statistics (KPI) e.g. Handover statistics, Drop Statistics, their reasons and take necessary action. Drive test, trouble shooting and analysis by using TEMS Investigation. Identify the coverage, quality and capacity requirements for every

region/area combined with customer complaints & propose the required solution to solve it by different means from adding new site, hardware changes to changing radio parameters GSM site survey for A new sites Coordinate with BSS Group, Maintenance Team, Supervision Team, Transmission Engineers, Negotiators, Site Engineers, and Field Measurement Team. Traffic analysis and trouble shooting by using statics generated by huawei OMC terminal. RF planning and design for new Site whether is Coverage or Capacity or Quality site. Follow up customers complaints and recommend appropriate solutions. Optimization by doing hardware and software using M2000 (Huawei) ISMG & NetNumen ( ZTE ) MPINFO Collect & analyze drive test log files using TEMS investigation Tools Prepare drive test reports Validates the site candidates: evaluation of the candidates presented by the site negotiators, software simulations, field visits in order identify field constraints and/or other opportunities, equipment validations (choice of antennas, their position, their configuration). Monitoring the network using M2000 huawei support Reading all KPIs: SDCCH call drop, SDCCH traffic, SDCCH congestion rat, TCH call drop, TCH congestion rat, TCH traffic, refused call, and inter cell handover success rate, to improve: decrease drop call, congestion rate and H.O success rate. Follow up and solve customer complaints using Airspan Program Maintain high quality service to Companys customers. Implement all customers request and provisioning. Revise and update customers information into IT systems. Archiving customers documents (Hard and Soft). Installing external WIMAX modems.
