The Proposition Recreational Outdoor Climbing Program The Recreation Industry is an expanding market that holds unique potential for growth and stability even in today¶s economy. in fact organized recreational activities can enhance an individual¶s problem solving skills and physical performance within their career by promoting sportsmanship. cost effective fees and a tailored experience for their needs. Through offering a Recreational Outdoor Climbing Program knowledgeable. courteous. time efficiency and enjoyment without hindering personal and professional schedules. leadership and interpersonal communications. coordinating their transportation needs and outlining a schedule to ensure that they receive the most benefit out of the climbing instruction and outdoor experience. The vast majorities of people have realized the need and desire to maintain their health or get healthier. team building skills. safe and experienced. challenge themselves physically and mentally. Through the use of the Recreation Center¶s current resources and administrative capabilities. the Program will be able to provide to the client an ease of accessibility. Program Guides and Instructors are highly trained. The Program partners with the client to afford the best possible experience. professional guides and customized personal training services Program clients will be provided an adventure that will challenge them and benefit them. Recreational sports and athletic endeavors have proven to be a way to offer these attributes and still allow affordability.
Internal staff can be trained and certified through on-the-job training and train-the-trainer sessions to enhance their skills and abilities to supervise clients and assist the Guide while in the field. Mr. Sport. Marshall currently manages the Center¶s Indoor Climbing Wall Program and supervises assigned staff. Additional Staffing Additional staffing requirements for conducting the Outdoor Climbing Program can be satisfied through internal staff that is concurrently qualified through the Indoor Climbing Wall and external hiring of well qualified candidates. Traditional or ³Trad´ Climbing and small group teaching as a Rock Climbing Guide. Marshall has also received professional instruction in various aspects of Top-Roping. By hiring just one or two well qualified external candidates as Outdoor Climbing Guides.Program Management John Marshall Mr. Mr. the capability to lead multiple expeditions can increase client access to the Program and profit the Center financially. Marshall intends to obtain an American Mountain Guide Association certification as a Rock Guide and continue to further his skills and experience through continuing education to progress the Recreation Center¶s Climbing Programs. Mr. Marshall¶s experience in the climbing industry includes recreational climbing since he was eighteen years old and 12 years of Army service training in Military Mountaineering techniques and Air Assault rappelling.
