ADMISSION PROCESS& INSTRUCTIONS for KG-II to Grade XI New Applicants

I. APPLICATION SUBMISSION The Application Forms Must be downloaded from www.seps-auh.com. Forms will NOT be issued from School Office. Date of Submission of the Application form to School Office : KGII to Grade IV 17th January 2012 2pm to 4pm Grade V to Grade X 18th January 2012 2pm to 4pm th Grade XI 19 January 2012 2pm to 4pm NOTE : This date is tentative and if subjected to change, will be updated on the website. NOTE :Applications for the specific grade MUST be submitted on the specified date ONLY&will NOT be accepted on any other dates. Application forms MUST be duly filled & submitted.No documents are required to be submitted with the application form. INCOMPLETE Applications will NOT be accepted. NOTE : Submission of Application does not guarantee admission. Application Fee of Dhs50/- MUST be paid while submitting the application form.

DECLARATION OF RESULTS Candidateschosen to appear for the personal interview are strictly based on availability of seats and performance of the candidate in the entrance test. List of Candidates, who are chosen to appear for the personal interview, will be declared on the following dates. The date & time slot of interview will also be declared on the same day. IV. INTERVIEW Interview time slots for candidates will be declared on the same date as the declaration of results. RESULT DECLARATION & ADMISSION CONFIRMATION On successful completion of the personal interview, students must confirm admission with payment of admission fee, book fee, 1st Term ( April 2012 June 2012 ) transport fees & tuition fees within two days. Fee details can be obtained from the School Office. NOTE : Reserving admission due to delay in payment will NOT be entertained.
