MPTO BOARD MEETING MINUTES October 5, 2011

Dori St. Amant, Angi Antrican, LeeAnn DelMonte, Jen Hales, Darla Prescott, Melody Cutler Community Input to New Business Agenda Approval of minutes New Business: Finance update Elizabeth was unable to attend the meeting. We will get an update at Novembers meeting Request by president to view any and all MPTO brochures, t-shirt, programs, etc before printing for the remainder of 2011-12. Motion made and approved. Angela Antrican read a letter of resignation. Dori asked that she reconsider and take a 30 day cool down period. Old Business: Auction Money Presentations will be made at the next community meeting. 5K update/t-shirt decision The event overall was a great success. There was an issue with the one of the T-shirt sponsors. Dori will be meeting with Mr. Jones on Thursday at 12:30, anyone who would like to join her is welcome with Mr. Jones approval. playground update The 3-6 teachers should be ordering the equipment Book Fair/Spirit Day update more information will be sent out on spirit night once Angi meets with the rep.
