LACEY PHILLABAUM, Defendant. This matter having previously come before Court on Defendants motion to relinquish her personal recognizance bond and self-surrender and the Court having granted the Defendants request and having later been informed by Pre-trial, Defense Counsel and the U.S. Marshalls Office of the necessity of making certain changes in the form of the original order, it is hereby ordered that the order entered on January 17, 2007, is amended to read as follows: Effective January 29, 2007, Defendants personal recognizance release is revoked. Defendant shall surrender to the U.S. Marshalls Office at the United States Court House in Tacoma, Washington no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 29, 2007. DATED this 24th day of January 2007.
