Virtual Delivery Source, Inc. 2002 -2006 President Directed the company to become competitive in the national home delivery third p arty delivery space, with an agent network of 100 agents reaching every state in America and Puerto Rico. Responsibilities were to develop with staff the market ing plan, customer service department, qualified agent network, and the stronges t IT department which would and did give real time visibility into every shipmen t for our partners, clients, and the consumer. During this time I also consult ed with North American Home Express and assisted them in setting up their nation al direct to home network. Also, was a reseller for Mercury Gate International a nd assisted three companies to roll out full web based TMS programs. These custo mers included, STI (specialized Transportation Inc.), Freightcenter.com, and FSL Group.

Bekins Home Direct USA 2000 -2001 President I was hired to turn around a company that was losing customers and over 15 milli on in sales during the first quarter of 2000. Rebuilt the customer service depar tment reducing its headcount from 32 people down to 12 and improved productivity 500%. Introduced technology for visibility, introduced management innovations, and introduced the companies' first customer integration team that turned the co mpany's focus to reliable, responsive, and friendly customer service. Then I tur ned the company's focus to marketing and sales, rebuilding the company and creat ing its first positive P&L. Over $16,000,000.00 in new sales, in less than one y ear. All of which was transactional. I was responsible for bringing in key accou nts like Penske/Whirlpool, Costco Wholesale, and many other top 100 retailers an d manufacturers into the companies' portfolio. RDS Vice President of Sales and Marketing (Consultant) Hired to bring guidance to building a network of independent agents and line hau l solutions to pick up new retail product from manufacturers and deliver direct to consumers.
