2004/05 : 1 fusion de socit, intgration dans StudioCanal de 4 socits de production et distribution de films 2005/06 : 3 oprations de fusion, 7 socits impactes, effectues en une seule opration 2007/08 : 2 oprations de fusion , 6 socits impactes, effectues en une tape 2008/09 : rorganisation des entits TPS, 5 oprations de fusion impactant 10 socits comprises dans 2 primtres analytiques diffrents (Groupe Canal+ et Multithmatique)

Rorganisation de Canal +
Opration lance au 4eme trimestre anne A-1, la fusion productive ayant lieu aprs la clture comptable (janvier anne A) Elle dbute par un phase danalyse, permettant la validation des pr requis technique et la mise en vidence des incohrences de paramtrage et des donnes de base des socits (ou primtre analytique) concerns Fusions et tests sont effectus, aprs prise en compte des conflits et des ventuels amnagements fonctionnels sur une copie de production (pr production ou environnement ddi) Lenvironnement de dveloppement est immdiatement converti aprs lopration de production pour garder la cohrence du paramtrage Les oprations SLO ont t effectues en mode remote Oprations ralises 4 reprises sur nos environnements R/3 4.6B ou ECC6 (volumtrie 230Gb & 530 Gb). Environnements SRM et CRM non impacts par ces oprations, rechargement des instances BI aprs fusion (choix de ne pas raliser de SLO sur BW).

Fusion de socits et de primtres analytiques
Objectif
mener des oprations de fusions de socits selon un planning trs cadr continuit du flux de documents (notamment logistique) viter la croissance de volume de donnes (la conversion SLO vite de doubler la base des critures dans la socit absorbante => update de la base)

Faits marquants
projet trs orient technique (forte sollicitation des administrateurs SAP et DBA) prvoir un week-end entier pour la MEP quand conversion productive est termine, pas/peu de rgularisation faire photo" du systme avant conversion productive pour rpondre aux besoins formels du fisc possibilit de ne pas impacter le module HR (package existant) dans 1 cas de fusion, nous avons fait une fusion inverse dans les systmes (la 200 a t l'absorbante dans le S.I. alors que juridiquement c'tait la 111) dans le dernier SLO, nous avons parallliser une fusion analytique aux fusions de socits

Points dattention
forte implication des utilisateurs pour analyser les tests de comparaison des paramtrages et ventuellement prparer des ajustements gestion dlicate des comptes bancaires les organisation structurelles MM et SD ne sont pas converties par le SLO (BUKRS) => mise jour des donnes de base + dveloppement dun programme de contrle
