The event will be held in conjunction with Food Hotel Tourism Exhibition from 1‐3 March at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. We are inviting Indonesian Chefs and Culinary Professionals from all hotels, restaurants and other establishments in Bali, Jakarta and all areas in Indonesia to compete in this prestigious event. The objective of the Salon Culinaire is to foster, improve and showcase the creative talent amongst the culinary professionals within Indonesia. The Salon Culinaire 2012 will feature new competition categories including Pastry Plated Desserts, Sugar or Chocolate Pastry Show Piece, Tapas or Finger Food, Brunch Plates, Individual Hot Cooking Meat Dish and Junior Pasta competition. As a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS) and to assist and improve the standard of culinary fare within Indonesia, a number of experienced qualified WACS certified judges will be flown in from surrounding Asia Pacific countries to judge the competition. Major national and international media press will cover this prestigious event that certainly will boost the professional and public awareness of your company and our association. This competition has a reputation as well for being a valuable and credible forum for all those who work within the culinary and hospitality industry. To successfully achieve the implementation of the Salon Culinaire 2010, we do require financial assistance in covering the competition expenses. That is where the assistance from our partners comes to the fore. Below are the categories of sponsorship available: GOLD SPONSOR: IDR. 30,000,000 (Thirty million rupiahs) will entitle your company to receive ALL benefits of a SILVER SPONSOR with the additions: 1) Inclusion of two (2) company logos in the event’s printed materials at the ‘Gold sponsor section’ 2) One A5‐ page of advertisement/ company logo placement at the official show catalogue of FHT 2012 providing the printed material is given to the BCP before January 31, 2012.
3) Opportunity to include ingredients for the hot cooking competition providing that your products complimenting the main items. This will be discussed & approved by the Salon Culinaire organizing committee member. 4) Other company exposure opportunities are to be approved by the Salon Culinaire organizing committee member. SILVER SPONSOR: IDR. 20,000,000 (twenty million rupiah) will entitle your company to receive ALL benefits of a BRONZE SPONSOR with the additions: 1. Inclusion of one (1) company logo in the event’s printed materials at the ‘silver sponsor section’ that will be placed on the judge’s chef jacket (on the sleeve part) 2. Opportunity to place company brochures or other POS materials in the chef lounge. BRONZE SPONSOR: IDR. 15,000,000 (fifteen million rupiahs) will entitle your company to receive the following privileges: 1. Its members comprise ofchefs of various levels from hotels & restaurants in Bali together with some F&B managers,owners & supplier to the hospitality industry. The goal of the Bali Culinary Professionals is to:‐ C reate, maintain and improve our subordinate Chef’s professional standards. H ighlight and encourage the training of new and needed skills.
