We are a small farm, a very very very small farm, with grand ideas though. We are growing slowly and learning as we go. We will be expanding our growing space in the spring, and fine tuning our educational fennel bulb programs. Next year we should have twice as many tomatoes and salad greens, a little less eggplant and hot peppers, and a slew of additional flowers and beets specialty items. oregano onions This weeks share has some hearty items, good fall vegetables to give you some lasting energy and a Tarragon Vinaigrette boost of iron.
