Electrolytes are minerals such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium that help regulate bodily
functions, including balancing the amount of water in the body. Skip the Gatorade and make
your own nutritious electrolyte drink instead. By combining coconut water, a potassium-rich
juice, and a pinch of salt, you can easily get in enough electrolytes with this drink.

COOKING TIME: 0 MINUTES
1. In a shaker full of ice, combine the coconut water, juice, lemon juice, and salt. Shake.
2. Pour into a highball glass full of ice. Top with the seltzer. Stir.
