Upon commencement of the project, a Purchase Order and 50% Advance Payment of the total cost is required and the balance is to be settled within 30 days from the delivery of goods/service unless otherwise pre-agreed. If client decides to terminate the project after the first presentation, client will only be charged 50% Professional Fee and Art Material cost incurred. The above quotation is only for one design and concept. However, if another design is also selected from the design presentation, Meshpotato will treat it as a separate project and design fee will be quoted separately. The initial design development will be based on the ideas and recommendation provided by the client. In the case of substantial changes on client's original ideas which leads to rejection of initial layout presented by Meshpotato, additional fee will be charged separately for supplying another design, concept and layout based on client's new guidelines. Based upon the initial design direction that have been agreed by the client, Meshpotato will proceed with the production and Finished Art, and major changes henceforth including feel/concept/design layout/third party service (eg. photography, color separation, printing, copywriting) will be considered as change of idea and/or design direction, a new quotation regarding to the above matter, will be forwarded to the client before proceeding further. Minor changes limited to text and spelling will not be charged. The total working time of the completion of this project must not exceed the total period of six (6) months from the date of signing this quotation accompanied with official purchase order and down payment and will be subject to increase unless otherwise specified. Should the client during the design process, defer the completion of the project beyond the six month period, clients are requested to issue payment up to the stage the project is suspended or terminated. Meshpotato reserves the sole copyright and ownership on all the rejected design proposed during presentation on the above project for any further use. All rejected designs must be returned to Meshpotato upon request. Meshpotato will deliver the end product/service as agreed on this quotation and it does not include items that are non-deliverable for example fonts, softcopies softwares and documentation of project unless otherwise specified. Meshpotato assumes no responsibilities of any copyright, illustration and trademark registration search and will not be liable or any disputes arising from breach of such rights.
