Select your colors from our wide selection of signature inks above. Don't see the perfect swatch? Your retailer
can provide us with any PMS color, and we will be glad to print it for no additional charge. Working with us
directly? Send us a swatch of your wedding fabric, ribbon or whatever it is that you want to match.We will fnd
the closest ink possible. Due to the difference in printing techniques, color WILL vary once letterpressed from
what is represented in this catalog.

Some of our inks may be too light to be used for text. Do to their light nature, we do not recommend the following colors for text:
Butter, Blush, Purple Ice, Smoke, Fog, Cream, Cement and Champagne.
printing large areas of coverage
Letterpress is best suited for line art, small screens, half-tones and text. When fooding any area larger than 1 square inch in a
solid color, mottling or striations in the artwork can occur. We recommend offset printing for large areas of coverage, e.g., envelope
liners and belly wraps.
viewing your pdf proof
Once your order is placed, our production team will create a color PDF proof within 3 business days (please note that custom
calligraphy requires an extra 5 days design time). We include 3 free rounds of proofs. Additional proofs will be charged at $60
per proof. Colors may not display accurately on your computer screen or from your printer.

Our standard turn around time is 3 weeks from fnal proof approval.To receive your invites 1 week earlier, we offer a rush service at a 50%
upcharge of your total order.
getting your envelopes early
To receive your envelopes 1 week earlier, there will be a charge of $200.
calligraphy
Custom calligraphy is available for names as well as entire invitation suites. An additional $450 will be charged for names only, an additional
$1000 will be charged for handwriting of entire invitation suites. Please allow for extra proofng time when ordering calligraphy.
stamp Designs
We will provide artwork matching your invitation suite so that you may order custom stamps. We cannot be held responsible for color differences
from stamp companies such as Stamps.com and Zazzle.com due to the difference in printing techniques. We recommend ordering one page of
sample stamps in advance to ensure that color and quality are acceptable. We will adjust fle colors as needed at no additional charge.

placing your order
The process is simple: Choose your design and customize with your favorite fonts, colors and patterns. Once your order is
received, a PDF proof will be sent within three business days. Three rounds of changes to your initial proof is included with
your order. Additional revisions are $65 per proof. Revisions to proofs are sent out within one business day. Once your fnal
proof has been approved, your invitations will ship in threefour weeks. Please allow one extra week if you have chosen to use
hand calligraphy or have selected edge painting as an option. Rush orders are available for an extra 50% of your total order cost.

All orders will be shipped FedEx Ground unless requested otherwise.
envelopes
We will include a 10% overage of inner and outer envelopes with your order at no additional cost, however extra envelopes
may be purchased. All envelopes can be shipped in advance for an additional $200.
cancellations, returns and exchanges
If orders are canceled before proof approval, a fee of $100 will apply. All orders cancelled after proof approval will be billed in
full. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. We make every effort to ensure that each product is proofed,
re-proofed and packed perfectly, so that no damages are incurred during printing and/or shipment. We will correct, at no cost,
any mistakes caused by our own error, but please keep in mind that any major changes to the design order after fnal proofng
will delay the shipment and will incur additional costs.
