Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a critical eMarketing lead role. Reporting directly to the Founders, you will have the opportunity to develop strategies and execute plans for WorkSmart eMarketing. This includes projects to increase website reach, facilitate purchase and/or leads and provide ongoing online customer support & loyalty programs. You will seek to increase website reach by partnering with search marketing experts to develop strategies and tactics to increase website traffic. Your peers are eMarketing Business analysts and eBusiness Project Managers, with whom you will work in order to ensure all projects are executed on time, on budget and high level issues are worked through or escalated as needed.

► Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably in a relevant field such as Interactive media, Marketing, and/or Business. ► IT technical knowledge (aspects of web design and deployment highly desirable) ► Proven ability to lead a team with a broad set of customer needs within B2B & B2C segments ► Demonstrated experience in working successfully in small organizations, balancing multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously ► Demonstrated ability to interface and successfully communicate with internal and external personnel ► Proven track record in all aspects of program and project management, estimation techniques and metrics development ► Current working knowledge of SEO,SEM and email marketing practices ► Experience with Adobe software
