Dustin Dockter, known as Dr. Mandible Lecture on stage, is a Hip Hop artist and self-proclaimed knowledgesharing rebel known for his untamed, experimental and unformatted sound. His stand out energy and half shaved head keeps his crowd intimidated and he is known to feed o audiences like a hungry vampire. Dockter might sound intimidating, but once you get to know him he is fun-loving jokester with a goal to empower his audience through knowledge. In addition to emceeing Dockter is also a poet, actor, singer, producer and entrepreneur who explores all aspects of Hip Hop including love, hate, horror and hope. Dockter is also one of Colorados most well-connected promoters passionate about helping touring artists make the most of their Colorado experience. Dockter discovered a passion for music when he was 12 years old. At 14 he began emulating his favorite artists including Naughty by Nature, MC Hammer, Beastie Boys, Busta, Warren G and Nate Dogg. By the time Dockter reached 19 he was an emcee battle machine. When Dockter turned 21 he made the decision to wholeheartedly make music his life and ditch the thought of o ce jobs and corporate positions that didnt allow him reach his inner potential. Dockter records under Styelfree Records and M.E.A.N Music in Colorado. His fans are often described as individuals who are amped to live and love with the ability to see the bigger picture. Dockter is in touch with the ultimate vision. His half shaved head symbolizes a balance between positive and negative and his music is often laced with all kinds of of energies. One theme Dockter explores is hate: why we hate, how to change what we hate and societal issues. He believes all energies, even hate, can provide valuable learning experiences. Dockters writing process also comes in many forms: Sometimes its on the wings of angels and I glide uidly through the artistic process of expressing my thoughts and viewsother times I have to bite down and just go to work forcing myself into building musical masterpieces to my liking Dockter

Being a severe asthmatic, Dockter looks up to artists like Pharaohe Monch and DMX who sustain a mark on underground Hip Hop despite their condition. Another major inspiration in Dockters life his 6 year-old son Kaiden. Dockter is passionate about bonding with his family and close friends whether it is through music, outings or sports. Dockter has collaborated with artists like Awol One, Rappin 4tay, Aklock, Equinox, Noose One, Native, SyNtax, Dj Dominic DeadBeat, Dubz P, BlackMask and Doc Oscify. He has opened for opened for the Chicharones, Del Tha Funky Homosapian, Dj Nyke, Saipent, Wu-Tang, Lil Flip, Lil Wyte, Haystack, Ecid, Ceschi Ramos, Sole, Darktime Sunshine, Mac lethal, Luis Logic, Illogic, Sage Franics, Mike Eagle and Ugly Duckling. Dockter has performed at Aggie Theater, AF Rays, Whiskey River, Atlas.unc, CSU, Hodi's Halfnote, Casselmens, Roxy , Highdive, Blue Bird, Mishawaka Ampatheater, Owsleys, Rockstar Lounge, Cervantes andBenders. Dockter has released several albums including Itz Goodfellaz in 2007 and Disposable Demo in 2010. He has been on several tours including the Get Fresh Colorado Tour, After Hours Tour and Drink Ticket Tour. He has been in Band Wagon Magazine, Tribune Paper and named Best White Rapper in Colorado 2000-2010. Dockter also landed a role in a short lm Cheyenne by Optimum Films. Dockter hopes to use art and music to sustain a beautiful life worth sharing while touching peoples hearts and serving his pinky and the brain complex. He is currently working on several projects inlcuding In Dock We Trust, Docalypse and 2 solo albums. Dockter is also involved in a big side project called Pink Elephants.
