To collect daa ,there were two sources 1 st ,we have referred to the internet, including the official website of the company, as a secondary source then to physically observe and feel, we have visited office of PIA.

FLEET REPLACEMENT It's very necessary to replace the obsolete fleet. PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE The staff as well as the manager should come on time. PIA will have to be find out their aircraft depreciation. and destroys the image of national carrier.
