Terms & conditions  The special rates as quoted to you cannot be displayed on the Internet, electronic media or any other media which is open to general public and has unrestricted viewer ship.   Check-in time 1200 hrs / Check-out time 1200 hrs for room retained after Check-out time: 25% of tariff will be charged before 1500 Hours 50% of tariff will be charged before 1800 Hours 100% of tariff will be charged thereafter 1800 Hours (Check out time can be decided in Advance) All reservations would be on tentative basis unless guaranteed through Credit Card. The hotel may cancel the non guaranteed reservation with or without notice to the company or guest. Reservation once cancelled would be subject to availability of room type or rate at the time of receiving request for reinstatement. Crackers are not allowed inside and in the vicinity of “Best Western Sky City Hotel”, separate area for the same could be suggested. Playing of loud music or band should be as per the Government’s rules. Audio-Video aids can be arranged at extra costs. Damages to the Property / Plants / Linen etc. would be chargeable. Outside catering would not be allowed. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Hotel would not be responsible for any damage/death or injury either to property or a person. Payment Policy  Entire payment will be collected from Individual before check-out by their Credit Card or Cash or Bill to company as per mutual agreement. To confirm your acceptance of the aforesaid terms and conditions, kindly return to us the duplicate copy/scan copy of this contract, signed by an authorized signatory, and affixed with your company Seal, within 7 days from the date of the contract. If this is not complied with, the special rates/terms/conditions along with the room status will stand automatically withdrawn. Confirmation by email will be assumed as a valid contract. Terms & Conditions
(A) Tariff: The Tariff include room charges only exclusive of taxes. Guests shall be bound by the Cancellations policy of the Company. Which is available at the front desk before making any bookings? Guests shall obtain the ‘Key Card’ from Hotel reception. Settlement of Bills : We accept cash, credit cards ( Visa, Master and Amex Card ) Towards payment of the bills. We do not accept cheques. Bills must be settled promptly on presentation. Hotel’s Lien on the Guest’s luggage and belongings : In case of default in payment of dues by the Guests the management shall have the absolute right of lien on the luggage and belongings of the Guest and to retain the same and may, at its sole discretion, seil and / or auction such property i:e luggage and / or belongings if the Guest , anytime after the date of departure of the Guests without reference / recourse to the Guests and appropriate the net sale proceeds ( after deducting the costs incurred towards such sale as expenses ) towards the amount due by the Guests. Guest’s belongings : Guest’s are requested to lock the door of their rooms while going out or while going to bed. Please do keep your room key safely. The Hotel, will not in any manner whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of goods or any other property of the Guest not entrusted to the management, or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of Hotel Staff or agents or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage. For the convenience of the Guest, private safety locker’s are available at the Hotel premises to ensure the safety of any valuables. Hazardous Goods, Illegal Articles : Storing of any article of inflammable or hazardous nature and any object and/or articles which is not legally permissible to be kept in the room, is strictly prohibited. In the event of payments being made by debit / credit card : The Guest hereby authorize the hotel to charge/debit my hotel bill and any other dues payable by me to the Hotel to my credit/debit card. I hereby hold the Hotel and its management harmless from any loss, claim and/or action in this regard. I further undertake to indemnify the event of any loss and/or damages incurred by it on account of my nonpayment of any amount due and payable by me to the Hotel. Damage to the property of the Hotel : Guests will be held responsible for any loss and/or damage to the Hotel property, for the full replacement value thereof, caused by themselves, their friends, relatives or any other person for whom they are responsible. Management Right : The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the Hotel premises and to request any Guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and settle their bill and the Guests shall be bound to vacate the hotel room when requested to do so. On default, the Management shall have the absolute right to physically remove the luggage and/or belongings of the guests from the room occupied by his or her and lock the room and further exercise the Hotel’s right of lien as set out under Clause (c) above on non-payment of dues by the Guests.









Relationship between the Hotel and the Guests : Nothing herein/above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub-tenancy or creating any right, title or interest in the Hotel premises or any part or any part or portion thereof in favour of any Guests or resident or visitor or any other person and the Hotel/ management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the Hotel premises. Government Rules & Regulations : During their stay in the Hotel, the Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules & Regulations and any law for the time being in force in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks and are strictly prohibited to use and/or engage in unlawful activity. Amendment of Rules : The Management reserves to itself the absolute right to add to, alter or amended any of the above terms and conditions and rules and regulations without prior notice. Declaration by the Guest : I hereby state declare that I am staying and using the Hotel and its facilities at my own free will, risk and responsibility. I further state and declare that I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally hold the Hotel, its Directions, Management, employees and representatives completely harmless from any claim and/or action for any harm, loss, damages incurred by me and/or by my family and/or friends and/or associates including on account of any theft, casualty or any force majeure event beyond the reasonable control of the

The details will be disclosed to our device provided to enhance your experience at our hotel by filling this form. By filling this form the Guest hereby unequivocally and irrevocably consents to the use and transfer of the use and transfer of the Guest Information to all our administration centers in India where our Hotels are located. The Hotel may, at its sole discretion, share this information with any of these group companies and/or selected third parties who may wish to contact the special offers or forthcoming events or promotions, which may interest the Guest. If the Guest does not wish to be contacted for marketing or research purpose please All the information disclosed by the Guest is voluntary. The Guest reserves the legal right to ask for a copy of the Guest Information. In the event you wish to have a copy of Guest Information. The Guest may contact the front desk for a copy of the same. The Guest may at any time by giving a notice of 7 days. Request the Hotel to correct any inaccuracies in the Guest Information and/or object to its use for direct marketing or research purposes. In the event of Guest setting the account by credit card. The Guest Hereby unequivocally and irrevocable authorizes the Hotel to complete the credit card form Guest’s account (Hotel bill) on or after checkout from the Hotel and to collect or recover such amount from the credit card company. Further, the Guest hereby indemnifies/absolves the Hotel from any loss, damage, claim, costs, action, all suites and/or proceedings, costs, charges and expenses, suffered by the Hotel in relation to the payment made by the Guest in cash and/or through its Credit Card.
