This text is for numbers 16 to 19 Gregory is my beautiful grey Persian cat. He walks with pride and grace, performing a dance of disdain as he slowly lifts and lowers each paw with the delicacy of a ballet dancer. His pride, however, does not extend to his appearance, for he spends most of his time indoors watching television and growing fat. He enjoys TV commercials especially those for Meow Mixs and 9 Lives. His familiarity with cat food commercials has led him to reject generic brands of cat food in favor of only the most expensive brands. Gregory is finicky about visitors as he is about what he eats, befriending some and repelling others. He may struggle up against your ankle, begging to be petted, or he may imitate a skunk and strain your favorite trousers. Gregory does not do this to establish his territory, as many cats experts think, but to humiliate me because he is jealous of my friends. (http//

The text is for questions number 24 to 27 How to grow beautiful flowers or tasty vegetables? Actually, gardeners often put organic compost in their soil to grow beautiful flowers or tasty vegetables and it is not difficult to make it. Compost is produced by allowing vegetable matter to decompose naturally. First, the compost ingredients have to be collected. Any raw vegetable or plant material is suitable, including leave grass, vegetable peelings and fruit cores. To introduce helpful bacteria into the compost, some garden soil is also mixed in. Next, the compost mixture is put into a special composting bin, or pilled up in the corner of the garden. The compost is left alone for many months while nature does it work. Microbes, such as bacteria and fungi, soon begin to rot the vegetable material. As a side-effect, natural warmth is produced in the compost. This, in turn, helps to speed up the process. Eventually, natural decomposition transforms the waste vegetable material into soft brown compost. Finally, gardeners either dig the compost into the soil or spread it on the surface. Compost replaces nutrients in the soil, because it contents nitrogen and other important elements. We can conclude that it is not difficult to make organic compost that is very useful to grow beautiful flowers and tasty vegetables. 24. What is the purpose of the text above? A. To explain how to make organic compost B. To describe the function of organic compost C. To inform the compost’s ingredients D. To sell the function of microbes 25.
