Before, I start with my supplementation lists to maximize my own gains and for you to know. My name is MJ Tamondong aka Sixp8ck and I follow a nutrition plan called The Metabolic Diet aka Anabolic Diet with some minor tweaks here and there to my own body type. As far as supplement goes supplements are just “extra”. It is not a miracle pill in whether to choose the red pill or the blue
pill that gets anyone quick results by just taking it. It does not happen overnight or substitute helps quick fixes.
It is only an “extra” support to assists your own set of goals and if you do not have a nutrition plan that goes along with it and your training plan. Do not expect any type of results. Basically if you don’t “do the work” then it’s just a waste of your time, money, and energy. As shown in my six-pack body transformation before and after pictures. At the end of the day do what works best for you because everyone is different to its own and have all of this mindset to make it a habit. It’s all about self balance, control,
consistency, discipline, dedication, determination, effort, intensity, motivation, and patience to be a new you.
Since I like Bruce Lee, here are my Bruce Lee inspired quotes… “Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is specifically your own.” “Knowing is not enough we must apply. Willing is not enough we must do.” Go figure out how this applies to everything that you do.
Finally, here are my approved supplement extras. As you can see in my supplement cabinet picture I have tried a lot of them and as well wasted my money on to help me try achieved my own set of goals. So here are all of the supplements that you see that I have taken in my own body. I feel like my own trials and errors for you to not do the same mistakes. But hey you got to make the mistakes before you learn from it, right?

Supplement Notes: Since I follow a nutrition plan I watch my carb intakes for 5 straight days in a week in my supplementation intakes on my protein shakes and pre-workout supplements. It consists of 0 carbs and a plus if it’s also 0 Sugar when I am in my cutting phase plan. 2 days after that carbs are all good and anything goes. After using any type of stimulant ex. Caffeine in the use of my own phase supplementing. I take a break for at least 1 week off after 2 months of use and then get back into it again. As for Creatine supplement I use and cycle on and off each month. I also will mainly use Creatine supplements in my Mass Phase only to bulk up. The reasons why I cycle Creatine and any type of stimulants is mainly just to re-set my body and not get used to it. Everyone is different to its own. Just make sure to monitor yourself when it’s not working out for you. What I do in my Cutting Phase I mainly only up my nitric oxide intakes with BCAA’s & Glutamine stack supplement intakes to preserve that lean and maintain a shredded body definition appearance.
This is an optional supplement use for shedding excess water and assist a shredded body definition appearance is to use a supplement called Cytogenix Taraxatone, MHP Xpel, or Now Water Out. It’s a diuretic and may or may not work for an individual. The other thing that can help out a shredded body definition appearance is to make sure that your sodium intakes are not way to high and make sure it’s just in the right level. There is a simple trick to knowing that your sodium intakes are high or in the right level. I know it’s nasty but if you ever tasted your sweat and its way to salty. Then now you know. When lifting heavy I use joint supplementation for my aching joints. As well as it keeps it healthy and lube my joints. It is optional to use it and no cycling on and off. The use of thermogenic fat burners to burn off my body fat I mainly use it for extra added boosts in energy purpose to get through the day and my training at times. Otherwise, I use my own adrenalin rush. I use it in my low carb-no carb cycling rotation days and intermittent fasting nutrition plan. You also need to be aware, cautious, and know your own tolerance when stacking thermogenic fat burners with a preworkout supplement, eating, and drinking that contains extra added caffeine & diuretic because to some people it may be much to handle and may cause irregular heartbeats, sleepless nights, and so forth.
I had the experience of taking testosterone and GH supplement boosters. No! Not the steroid crap. Just supplements like ZMA, Tribulus Terrestris, and so forth in enhancing athletic performance, gaining muscle mass, recovery, and so forth. In my opinion it may or may not work for an individual. Any type of supplements like this should be only use for the age of 30+ years old and up. After that its your call not mine. As you may see I did not list any supplement boosters here because I think it is not necessary for your own body transformation. Final Notes: I am not into supplement hype name brands. I am into the use of supplement ingredients that works well for me and hope it can work for you too. Now you learn the concept of what I have to say. It’s up to you.
The goals that your trying to set and achieve for yourself. Always learn your best everyday in what supplements works best for you. But first you got to eat functionally, drink a lot of water, sleep well, stress free, and go from there to your own needs.
Remember to go out hard but think smart and use your own common sense. I hope I help someone out here and you learn something from it. Best of luck to everyone set of goals and keep on pushing it to be Shredded Beyond ABSolute.
Thank you all for reading my own thoughts in my supplementation input.
