and I believe they should be given a proper training regarding the facts. discrepancy is found in the Finance department and the recruitment process should be change they should not hire the people except the Islamabad and Rawalpindi citizens. The office boys and sanitary workers should be well known by the given tasks. we need to change the things. it should be change . Asif several times in past many months that need of chairs and things. regarding the dressing factor of HR department 2 piece suit in working days should be must on every employee of HR. it could save much time and can get much easier. should be given training regarding the fact to memorize the things. lack of unity and some of the employees are status conscious regarding the fact to help each other in different tasks to Accomplish them. we should need to change the software to get the hours work in minutes. The need to change trend is a very slow process which needs to fix with the day by day current situation. Supply chain management should take appropriate action on demand of anything required by any department. Finance department should hire the potential candidates . some of the fact is that they does not have the things with them which can create problem in completing the task on time. by changing the process of recruitment with the help of recruitment software or any online system the things could be change and much better for the hiring process . The whole company required chairs because of back pain problem . Comments about HR: Comments about Finance/Payroll/ Stores: Pay roll system should be manage by some other system. TAS is not the right software to get the details of the employees working in the shifts. Office boys and sanitary workers should stop arguing when the work is assigned to them because it’s a company work not personal. it is also a factor of large turn over in finance department.Comments about Your Department: I believe there is a lack of co-ordination between the employees. and every time he forgets the things …! But the Things needs to be changed. MR. Admin department does not take initiative on time . I believe the work done in hours to search the right candidate can take place in minutes with the help of recruitment software We need to change the policies. as the Turnover rate of finance is much more than the other departments. it is told to Mr. Admin department should change their attitude towards the work. Asif was emailed on 3 months back to arrange a reception pen with holder . but the required thing is still on pending. Comments about Support Executive: 360 Feedback–V2–March 2011 Confidential . We can become more professional by changing our policies and by generating and implementing the new policies to the company. We should leave the clerical work and should move to the International standards of working in HR. the question was that why finance executives are resigning? In my opinion they are not evaluated properly on the basis of their work nature. The need to change the reception and need to develop improvement should be implemented. Comments about Admin: Admin department. with the help of payroll software calculator. and still its pending due to the lack of commitment. I believe that the HR should revise the policies and implement them for the recruitment process . The company should change the recent position of the reception as well and HR should make an strategy to do the smart work than hard work.
