Adam Krea "Lance Dutson"; Peter Merrill; John Bobrowiecki; RE: Estimates based on revised request to MaineHousing Wednesday, October 26, 2011 1:24:00 PM

Hi Lance, MaineHousing has reviewed, and confirmed, that the estimates submitted to The Maine Heritage Policy Center on September 30 are as accurate as we can be. Since Payroll and Benefit data has already been submitted to you, there are 88 hours of work remaining for Major Programs and General Operations Vendor Information. Following is a breakdown of the estimated hours and an estimated completion date if the request remains unchanged and payment is received at MaineHousing by the end of this week: Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program: 8 hours, with expected completion the week of 10/31/11. Rental Assistance Coupon Plus Program: 6 hours, with expected completion date the week of 11/7/11. Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program: 12 hours, with expected completion date the week of 11/7/11. Vendor Master File: 10 hours, with expected completion date the week of 11/14/11. Payment Register: 52 hours, with expected completion date the week of 12/19/11. With 88 hours of time necessary to complete all of the above, MaineHousing respectfully requests a check for $880 prior to the commencement of any work. We will track the hours actually worked to fulfill the request and will refund $10 for every hour less than 88 we work and will follow up with you before we go beyond 88 hours of work. Thank you. Please let me know if you would like to proceed. Sincerely, Adam -----Original Message-----

Can you let me know what the total actual cost will be of this, as well as the estimated completion date? Thanks, Lance

We have spent quite a bit of time over the last three days meeting with program staff to create new estimates of the time it will take for MaineHousing to compile the data for the revised request. The attached document outlines the estimate for each area we discussed. We have added detail here and there to continue providing you with as much information as possible to help you decide what data is most useful to you. Please feel free to let me know how you wish to proceed or if you wish to make any further amendments. You indicated during our meeting that payroll was your first priority. If that remains the case, MaineHousing will begin to fulfill that request as it can be accomplished within the first hour. Thank you again for taking the time to understand the redaction of personally identifiable information that complicated your original request and for working with us to make this much more manageable.
