Guiding for The Proposal Guiding Questions The list of questions below will serve as guidelines for participants in developing their one-page proposal. The scoring will depend on how well the participants are able to answer all the questions listed. Relevance (Max. Score: 15) 1. Briefly describe the overview of the initiatives. What are the objectives? 2. Answer one of the following questions (chose one only): y How do your initiatives enhance individuals to gain employment? y How do your initiatives stimulate business-building skills and entrepreneurship? y How do your initiatives stimulate social synergy in the community to achieve welfare improvement collectively? 3. What NGO are you planning to partner with for execution purposes? Why?

Degree of Implication (Max. Score: 10) 1. Who are the beneficiaries of the initiatives and please estimate how many people will be developed during each period (e.g: monthly/quarterly/etc.)? 1. What are the expected benefits (both monetary and non-monetary) from the proposed initiatives? 2. When will the benefits be generated (including simple BEP analysis, when the initiatives start to generate positive net benefits, if possible)? 3. At the high level, how do you breakdown IDR 75.000.000 for your initiatives investment?

Creativity and Effectiveness (Max. Score: 10) 1. Can you indicate any similar success stories from which your recommended programs were initiated? Please describe how your programs are distinct from them.
