Bihag Kagawad READING AND ADAPTION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES Moved by Hon. Alejandro S. Mioza and seconded by Hon. Galicano H. Gerona to adapt the previous minutes. COMMITTEE REPORTS ---- Hon. Alejandro S. Mioza, reported that we have no problem regarding Peace and Order situation in the barangay. ---- Hon. Galicano H. Gerona, reported that last week he inspected the spillway near late Enrique Bihag residence that the said area need immediate cleaning. Presiding Officer, Hon. Edwin S. Mioza suggested to informed the street cleaner assigned in the area to clean-up the said spillway and nearby area. ---- Hon. Karlo Rafael B. Mioza, reported that the league during Christmas Celebration is successful. He inspected the basketball court at Sitio Nangka which is under repair. We need bolts and replacement of basketball board. ---- Presiding Officer, Hon. Edwin S. Mioza, informed the body that if ever we have funding this year, his first priority project is to finish the road extension concreting in Sitio Nangka. ---- Hon. Roel A. Mioza, reported that on December 21, 2011 we buy the materials needed for deep well near Jerson Calo residence. Repaired the said deep well with the help of

Hon. Alejandro S. Mioza and Franklin S. Mioza, dated December 22, 2011. NEW BUSINESS 1. Resolution # 39 A resolution kindly requesting Hon. Gwendolyn Garcia, Governor Province of Cebu to allocate one hundred (100) pieces of toilet bowl for Health and Sanitation Program of barangay Cabangahan. Mass motion. 2. Resolution # 40 A resolution kindly requesting Hon. Agnes Magpale, Vice-Governor, Province of Cebu, to allocate one (1) unit ladder to be used in the maintenance of street lighting and barangay gym lights. Mass motion. 3. Resolution # 41 A resolution kindly requesting Hon. Arleigh Jay Sitoy, Board Member, 6th District, Province of Cebu one (1) unit grass cutter to be used by the street cleaner in maintaining the cleanliness of street sidewalk. Mass motion. OTHEER MATTERS ---- Hon. Gamaliel M. Herbieto, requested to repair the deep well near Jeremias Herbieto Sr. Chairman Committee on Mobility, Hon. Roel A. Mioza scheduled the inspection of deep well this week to know the status of the said deep well. ---- Hon. Roel A. Mioza, reported the circuit breaker in barangay gym is dangerous to children, so the said problem need immediate action for repair.
