Mission statement

Vivian: To walk my talk, living life fully empathetically and honestly. To find the opportunity and the positive in every situation adding a pinch of humor in the hard ones. To trust my dreams and work towards their becoming true. Fabiana: To perceive the world around me with all my senses in order to construct and develop a working environment characterized by positivism, assertiveness, energy, knowledge, reliability and comradeship.

I believe…
that choosing once and again my position will help keep and renew my passion for leading that feeling gratitude towards the responsibility of leading others will preserve myself humble

I believe…
that renewing, reinventing and reinvesting in my own professional growth might awaken motivation and interest to do so in others that speaking wisely, assertively and listening with an open disposition shows caring for others

I believe…
that a kind and warm heart is needed whenever one wants to deal with adversity
that touching and connecting to others' souls allows empathy to happen

I believe…
that human essence is good that we must try to see always the best in others as we would like to be seen

I believe…
that all and each of us can somewhere make the difference
