PREFACE I have a great pleasure in presenting this work as a part of the Two years full time in Master of Business Administration. Objective of my work initiated when I came across Allunare Corporation us discussion of Allunare Corporation India Pvt.ltd. There is still a lack of knowledge about derivatives, amongst the Companies. High degree of volatility in the recent times in the Indian market has led to development of more and more sophisticated Hedging, Speculation and Arbitrage techniques and strategies. These strategies are extensively used by Traders, Risk Managers, and Portfolio Managers. Objective of this project is to present and analyze Allunare Corporations derivative strategies in different market situations for players of different profiles The study would facilitate the reader in making sound investment decisions. This would help him choose the right derivatives strategy in different market conditions.

Executive Summary In this project I have made an effort to find out the overview of the company Allunare Corporation India Pvt. Ltd.. I worked there as a management trainee to company for understanding the working environment of the company and marketing strategy of the company.

The report also presents the process of thinking different level from different companies, how they implemented their policies, and a study of the respective companies.

The companies have very different aspect of following the marketing strategy and the company works in more than two areas by which company have the different aspect to know and understand the need and requirement of the consumer.

Scope of the study

The scope of the research project is to find the relevant information in order to meet the above objectives. In this project, Fundamental analysis is done to see performances of company and their impact on companys policies. Technical analysis of company is done to see the buying and selling pattern of the company, which further tells actual performance of the companys policies.

Objective of the study

Objective of the study is to talk to the different companies for their advertisement in the Magazine NEW GLOBAL INDIAN MAGAZINE. Which cover the NRIs more than 27 in the world and most focused customer are the Indians who are top level employees. The NGI magazine covers the state vise information and also advertises the basic companies of India. NGI magazine is the media partner of New Global India Award and Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas the event was held in Jaipur and the event is started by the Prime minister of India and ended by the President of India. In this event top to bottom level of ministers and NRIs are invited. My work in Allunare Corporation is to bring the advertisement for the NGI magazine and sponsor for the event. In which I have to go to the ministry and top to bottom level of companies and send the proposal and then convince them for the deal. I work as the Marketing consultant of the NGI Press.

Research and Methodology

Research Design A research design is the arrangement of conditions for collection and analysis of data in a manner that aims to combine relevance to the research purpose with economy in procedure. (CR Kothari, 2009) Different type of Research designs y Exploratory research Exploratory research is the type of research in which the research is conducted for the problem that has not been clearly defined. This type of study is conducted for formulating a problem for more precise investigation. As the hypotheses is not clearly defined, this method is not applicable y Descriptive research Descriptive research includes surveys and fact finding enquiries of different kinds. The major purpose of descriptive research is description of the state of affairs as it exists at present. The main characteristic of this method is that the researcher has no control over the variables, he can only report what has happened or what is happening. (C R Kothari, 2009) . This method is applicable.

Data Collection methods Collection of data is the most prominent part of any survey. As soon as the research question is created the data collection begins. There are two methods of collecting data i.e. Primary data and secondary data. 3.2 a) Primary data The primary data are those which are collected afresh and for the first time, and thus happen to be original in character. (C. R. Kothari, 2009) The following are the methods of collecting primary data y Questionnaire Method A questionnaire consists of a number of questions printed or typed in a definite order on a form or set of forms.(C.R.Kothari,2009). y Interview Method The interview method of collecting data involves presentation of oralverbal stimuli and reply in terms of oral-verbal responses. (C.R.Kothari,2009) The researchers in this project has surveyed through questionnaire method. Questionnaire was designed in such a manner that could help arrive at a conclusion as to which are the motivating and hygiene factors. The Questionnaire that was used in this research is the structured form. 10 surveys have been done in total in which 3 employees are from TATA Teleservices and 2 from Engineers India, one from airport authority.

3.2 b) Secondary data The secondary data, on the other hand, are those which have already been collected by someone else and which have already been passed through the statistical process.(C.R.Kothari,2009). Review literature uses secondary data in this study.

SAMPLE DESIGN A sample design is a definite plan for obtaining a sample from a given population. It refers to the technique or the procedure the researcher would adopt in selecting items for the sample. (C.R.Kothari, 2009) 3.3 a) Types of Sample design

Non-probability sampling Non-probability sampling is that sampling procedure which does not afford any basis for estimating the probability that each item in the population has of being included in the sample. SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS

y Company should improve the products as it is the main factor for the sales of consumer products. y Company should distribute free trial of the product, calendar, tshirts for making brand popular among people. y Advertisements of the companys products should focus on quality rather than price. y Company should target below middle class. y Company should provide more facilities. y Company should do the research process and also development process
