Job Description
All the MTs will be undergoing training in all the functional areas of the company. They will
also be working on-the-job in cross-functional area to build a holistic understanding of
business. The management, after a period of 6 months, will evaluate the work of the MTs and
on the basis of performance and interest, will then designate the position of Assistant Manager
in the suitable field.
(g) Executive Assistant to C.E.O / C.O.O Positions – 2
A challenging and powerful general management position which is part of corporate planning
group. He/She is required to be a proactive individual who understands working for a top
executive and has the poise and polish to interact and get things done with the required.
He/She will have to understand key business and industry drivers, trends and strategies and
also have a viewpoint for the same. He/she will have to assess the viability of a lot of decisions
in relation to the company and also evaluate, review and analyze business performance
consistently. He/she will have to carry-out independent appraisals of the effectiveness &
efficiency of the business processes in line with the company's policies, procedures and
standards by which the company's financial, physical and information resources are managed.
He/she will be working with management to ensure that all major risks of the company are
identified and analyzed, on a regular basis.
Skills required for all the positions

(a) Assistant Manager - Business Development Positions - 1
Responsibilities:
1) Identifying opportunities and analyzing scope for expansion of nukkad into a chain of
restaurants.
2) Identifying opportunities and analyzing scope for parallel growth of Bon Temps in terms of
corporate tie-ups, setting up of a new brand of restaurants / discotheques / hotels etc. A good
understanding of Business models would be a key requirement for this role.
(b) Assistant Manager - Operations & Systems Positions - 1
Responsibilities:
Analyzing operations and proactive Implementation of systems and processes to ensure that
every new operation which is added on account of new business of the company is coordinated,
effective and easily monitored. The Prime requirement is to achieve synergies by ensuring
better coordination between the various departments to ensure minimized losses of resources.
Job Description

Job Description
- For Executive Search & Selection, the Management Trainee will be required to develop ideas
and insights into industries and market trends as well as company history and performance
through research. Throughout client engagements, s/he will be required to think creatively and
systematically in identifying comparable companies and industries in which relevant prospects
might be located as well as deciding how to find individuals who would be strong candidates for
a search.
- S/he will be fundamental in contributing to projects that increase the firm's knowledge base
within the above mentioned services.
- S/he should also be prepared to work with and mentor junior-level researchers and assistants
who may be part of the team assigned to a particular project, familiarizing them with specific
issues and approaches that will in the short term directly lead to a project's success and in the
long term support their career development.

The Recruitment and Selection Process


The process of Recruitment and Selection will be carried on the following steps:
1. A Presentation about "Endeavor Group".
2. Receiving of CVs from interested candidates.
3. Aptitude Test – Written Test of 30 - 45 minutes
4. Shortlisting the list of candidates for further process.
5. Group Discussions among the shortlisted candidates.
6. Interviews:
Round 1: Interview with the panel of Human Resource and other Manager(s)
Round 2: Interview with the Directors
7. Offers to be rolled out
8. Announcement on Endeavor’s Induction program

NOTE:
1. The candidates selected for Endeavor Careers Pvt. Ltd. will be posted anywhere in India, &,
