    The Wizard of Oz rehearsal schedule has been revised to make the most of the remaining rehearsal time. We now need the Munchkins, Crows, Osians, Flying Monkeys, Nikko, Winkies and Winkie General for one less rehearsal. Instead we have extended the final rehearsal at Lockwood by an hour to make sure that we are able to have two full run-throughs of the production before we reach the theatre.

    revised rehearsal schedule


    This schedule (issued 26 November 2008) replaces all previous versions.

    To best make use of the remaining rehearsal time we have had to make a couple of changes to
    the schedule as can be seen marked in red below.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We now need the Munchkins, Crows, Osians, Flying Monkeys,
    Nikko, Winkies and Winkie General for one less rehearsal. Instead we have extended the final rehearsal at
    Lockwood by an hour to make sure that we are able to have two full run-throughs of the production before
    we reach the theatre. There is also a slight time change to the Blue Team Tech Rehearsal as children are not
    allowed at the theatre before 10am. The dancers have also been given additional rehearsal time.
    Rehearsals are at The Lockwood Day Centre, Westfield Road, Slyfield Green, Guildford

    Sunday 30 November 10am to 1pm Blue Team Munchkins


    Act 1 only 1.30pm to 4.30pm Yellow Team Munchkins
    10am to 4.30pm All Principal Cast and Dancers from BOTH Teams
    We do not need the Osians, Winkies, Winkie General, Flying Monkeys and Nikko this week

    Sunday 7 December 10am to 1pm Blue Team Osians, Winkies, Winkie General
    Act 2 only Flying Monkeys and Nikko
    1.30pm to 4.30pm Yellow Team Osians, Winkies, Winkie General
    Flying Monkeys and Nikko
    10am to 4.30pm All Principal Cast and Dancers from BOTH Teams
    We do not need the Munchkins or Crows this week

    Sunday 14 December 9am to 1pm All Blue Team and All Principal Cast
    2pm to 6pm All Yellow Team and All Principal Cast

    The remaining rehearsals and performances are all at The Electric Theatre, Onlsow Street, Guildford
    Tuesday 16 December 10am to 3pm All Blue Team and All Principal Cast Tech Rehearsal
    4pm to 9pm All Yellow Team and All Principal Cast Tech Rehearsal
    Wednesday 17 December 10am to 2pm All Yellow Team and All Principal Cast Dress Rehearsal
    4pm to 8pm All Blue Team and All Principal Cast Dress Rehearsal
    Thursday 18 December 1pm to 4.30pm All Blue Team and All Principal Cast 2pm Performance
    6pm to 9.30pm All Yellow Team and All Principal Cast 7pm Performance
    Friday 19 December 1pm to 4.30pm All Yellow Team and All Principal Cast 2pm Performance
    6pm to 9.30pm All Blue Team and All Principal Cast 7pm Performance
