A spreadsheet is attached containing the latest forecast wind conditions at the Fukushima Power Plant.
The forecast time series is derived from the latest NARAC WRF simulation with 5 km horizontal grid spacing.

NOTE: Onshore winds during forecast period.

Fukushima Power Plant Forecast Summary:

29 March 06:00 Z to 29 March 08:00 Z:

Southeasterly (onshore) winds around 2 - 3 m/s.

.29 March 08:00 Z to 30 March 03:00 Z:

Westerly winds ranging from 3 - 9 mi!

Possible southerly flow as a weak coastal circulation tries to
