I am currently reading journalism BA at Leeds Metropolitan University. I gained a 2:1 and 2:2 in my first and penultimate years of study. I am hard working, loyal and possess a vibrant personality. Work experience Closer Magazine June 2011  Conducted various office tasks.  Given the opportunity to showcase my writing abilities.  Collaborated stories for the Closer website with the online team.  Assisted Closer journalists with upcoming magazine articles.  Exposed my ability to thrive in a fast paced office environment. Jewish News August 2011  Supported and conducted general tasks for the editorial team.  Attended the news meeting and contributed ideas and suggestions. Volunteer work Federation of Zionist Youth Israel Tour July-August 2011  Voluntarily lead a group of 16 year olds around Israel with my youth movement, FZY.  Day to day tasks involved being responsible for their money, welfare issues and being an educator.  Worked in a team with three peers, which enriched my understanding of group dynamics.

FZY summer camp July 2009  Volunteered as a leader for two weeks.

Planned and executed educational activities with peers. Was directed by a senior figure and various authoritative figures. Initiated my love of team-work and educated me on my own strengths, such as problem solving, enthusiasm and creativity. Norwood 2010-present  Volunteered at various Norwood events since I was -.  Assisted the logistics team during junior bike rides for charity.  Waitressed at an art auction.  Enhanced my communication skills Israel 2008-2009  Held the position of – for three-months in a sea turtle sanctuary for injured sea animals in Netanya.  Volunteered in an elementary school, teaching Israeli children English. Furthered my insight into difficulties that can be encountered in communication.  Completed a 6 month leadership course.  Ran a fund-raising event for charity “One Family”
