Quick Marinara!

2 tsp. olive oil 1/3 cup anchovy filets rinsed and minced 3/4 cup yellow onion minced 1/4 cup fresh garlic minced 3/4 cup kalamata olives pitted and chopped 1 tsp. baby capers Stanislaus Trattoria sauce (available at LoRusso's)

2 tsp. dry basil 1/2 tsp. black pepper 3/4 tsp. dry oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. dry parsley

In a large pot sauté olive oil, anchovy filets, onion, garlic, olives and capers for 10 minutes. Add Stanislaus Trattoria sauce, basil, pepper, oregano, Salt, sugar and parsley. Cook just to heat. BUON APPETITO
