WAREHOUSE: Warehouse is the place where company stores its product. The C&F agent is responsible for the warehouse. It includes :1. Territory Development Manager 2. Account Development Coordinator 3. Customer Executive 4. Account coordinator There are nine warehouses in the Uttar Pradesh Unit. 1. Lucknow 2. Faizabad 3. Allahabad 4. Banaras 5. Gorukhpur 6. Kanpur 7. Jainpur 8. Bareilly 9. Dhalwala

PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Operates through two channels. These two channels are COBO and FOBO. The company is having the direct and total control over COBO (Company owned Bottling operations) unit and the FOBO(Franchise owned bottling operations) are controlled by the franchise, then also the company appoints a franchise manager to look after the operations of the franchise.

Marketing Unit managers, who works as a chain between Corporate offices and regional head offices, which comes under the area of their operation. These Marketing unit offices are :-

 KOLKATA  BANGALORE  MADURAI  CHENNAI  AHMEDABAD  GURGAON

Under every Marketing offices, various regional head offices (RHO) are controlled. Every RHO is headed by Unit Manager (for Marketing and distribution) .Under each RHO various warehouses/sales offices are controlled.

The whole UP COBO is managed by Lucknow Regional Head Office (RHO).There are ten territory under UP COBO:1.Lucknow 5. Banaras 2. Allahabad 6. Kanpur 3. Faizabad 4. Gorukhpur

7. Kanpur up country 8. Bareilly

9. Uttaranchal

10. Moradabad

All the ten territories which come under UP COBO are controlled by Lucknow unit office. Every territory or sales office is controlled by TDM (Territory Development Manager or TDM) with direct support from marketing development manager posted at Unit office. Under the TDM, there is a team of CE's and ADC's. There are nine warehouses which come under UP COBO. All the warehouses under UP COBO are controlled by Lucknow head office. Every warehouse is controlled by CAC (Customer Accounts Co-coordinator). Warehouses are mainly used for storing the finished Pepsi products, from where the distribution
