Executive Summary Alex Bautista Design (ABO) was retained to investigate planning application (site permit) status for properties located at Avenue Portola and Princeton AVenue. The sites are in the jurisdiction of San Mateo County Planning Department. Avenue Portola site permit drawings were submitted by Mr. Keet Nerhan of KN Properties and Mr. Eric Jacobsen of Eric Jacobsen & Associates. The planning submittal status is incomplete. Princeton Avenue does not have a current planning application submitted to the San Mateo County Planning Department.
