Youth (ages 6-17): may enter 1 item. No Fee.
Adults (18+): may enter a total of 6 works of
art, with a maximum of 2 works per category.
Entry Fee: $10 per category.

Professional: 1st $60, 2nd $50, & 3rd $40
Amateur: 1st $40, 2nd $30, & 3rd $20
Youth: 1st $25, 2nd $20, & 3rd $15
The Evelyn Law Aspiring Youth Award: $35
SALES:
Sales are encouraged, and you may attach
business cards to your artwork. The Scottsville
Art Guild does NOT take a commission from
sales.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Entries must be the original work of the
artist, completed within the last two years, and
not previously shown in the Summers End Art
Show.
Each piece entered must have a label on the
back listing the Artist's Name, Category & Title.
All artwork must be ready for display - either
framed or presented on a wrap-around canvas
with finished edges. Please use eye-hooks &
wire for hanging. (We recommend Plexiglas for
glazed works larger than 24.)
The Exhibit Committee maintains the right to
determine whether entries are appropriate for
this exhibition, and may refuse any work that is
not presentable.
