PRESCHOOL Teacher Primary school teacher should develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum

objectives. Facilitates learning by establishing a relationship with pupils and by their organization of learning resources and the classroom learning environment. Develops and fosters the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability and aptitude. Assesses and record progress and prepare pupils for examinations. Links pupils' knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, and challenge and inspire pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding. GRADESCHOOL TEACHER Grade School Teacher plans, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects. Instructs

students individually and in groups, using various teaching methods such as lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of elementary school programs. Secondary School Teacher
Secondary school teacher teaches one or more national curriculum subjects. Teachers plan lessons in line with national objectives to ensure that pupils learn. They also encourage, monitor and record the progress of their pupils. Teachers support, observe and record the progress of their class. They also plan lessons in line with national objectives with the aim of ensuring a healthy culture of learning. Teachers must also keep up to date with developments in their subject area, new resources, methods and national objectives. Teachers liaise and network with other professionals, parents and guardian both informally and formally. Undergoing regular observations and participating in regular in-service training (INSET) as part of continuing professional development (CPD).

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS An applicant shall submit to the Great Minds Academy head a written application supported by the following documents: * Resume with the latest 2x2 ID picture * Certified photocopy of PRC Certificate of Registration/License (Date of Validity should not be expired at the time of application) * Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers * Certified copies of transcript of records for baccalaureate course with computed weighted ratings * Copies of service record, performance rating and school clearance for those with teaching experience * Original Copy of Certificate of Residency, Voter's ID/Voter's Affidavit * Certificate of Specialized Training Single subject teaching credential or certification if teaching a specialized subject

All pertinent documents must be properly arranged following the above sequence and to be placed in a white long folder with fastener. The applicant assumes full responsibility and accountability on validity and authenticity of the documents submitted. Any violation will merit corresponding sanctions after due process.
