CA$HIS Performance Agreement

2008
Contract and Rider Requirements

This contract attached hereto and made part of the contract dated November 21st,
2008 between Ca$his – Shady Records (hereinafter referred to as (“Artist(s)”) and
Timothy Miller (hereinafter referred to as (“Purchaser”) is made part of and setting
forth-additional terms and conditions to the attached contract.

Agreement made on ____November 19th, 2008________between “Artist(s)” and
“Purchaser”. It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows:
“Purchaser” hereby engages the “Artist(s)” hereby agrees to perform the
engagement hereinafter provided, upon all the terms and conditions herein set forth
including those hereof entitled. This constitutes the sole complete and binding
agreement between the parties hereto.

6. PERFORMANCE: ____One 30 to 40 minute performance__________

7. FULL PEFORMANCE PRICE AGREED UPON: 50% of all presale and day
of ticket sales including all doors sales. If you are using ticket outlets,
we must see all advance ticket receipts during settlement plus all
alcohol requirements (See rider). “Artist” will be allowed one
person at the door the day of show to watch door and
collect money.

8. SCALE OF ADMISSION 800 Capacity of Club – Potential Gross 15.00 X 800
= 12,000.00 USD

9. “Purchaser” will supply professional sound, lights, and all rider
requirements (see attached form) that was agreed upon
“Purchaser” agrees to no advertising until, signed contract are
signed are received by management and signed by “Artist(s)” and
“Purchaser”.

IF SCHEDULED PAYMENTS ARE NOT MADE ON TIME, ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT
TO CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AND “PURCHASER” SHALL BE LIABLE TO
ARTISTS FOR DAMAGES, IN ADDITION TO THE COMPENSATION PROVIDED
HEREIN

50% of door in CASH GUARANTEE WILL BE PICKED UP AND
SETTLED during Cashis’s performance that night at the club.

“The Shady Capo” Ca$his Rider

Deposit of guarantee must be into management or booking by date agreed upon to
secure tour date. The engagement is not considered confirmed until said deposit has
been received – NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! The balance of artist guarantee shall be paid in
cash only.

COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS & BACKSTAGE PASSES:

Purchaser shall provide at purchaser’s expense thirty (30) complimentary tickets for
each performance. Tickets shall be given to artist’s road manager upon arrival at
venue. Purchaser shall provide fifteen (15) backstage passes for each performance.
Passes shall be given to artist’s road manager upon arrival at venue.

BILLING & ADVERTISING:

Artist shall receive 100% headline billing in any and all publicity releases and paid
advertisements, including, but not limited to, programs, flyers, signs, lobby boards,
marquees, as well as all other displays and publications where when artist is not
headlining, purchaser must confirm artist billing with Management will have approval
in writing of any and all radio, television, newspaper and/or magazine interviews in
conjunction with this performance and requiring the participation of the artist. No
advertising or promotions, in any form, of artist’s appearance or performance shall
begin until management or booking agent receives any and all deposits on
guarantee. ARTIST will bring their own photographer to events/shows/performances
so space will be needed to set up a booth. Please use the following spelling for any
and all advertising purposes: Shady Capo Ca$his of Shady Records– Shady
Records/Interscope/Universal

SECURITY:

The purchaser shall guarantee proper security at all times to insure the safety of the
artist instruments, costumes and personal property before, during and after their
performance. Any loss and/or damage to the artist’s dressing room at all time
DRESSING ROOMS MUST BE LOCKABLE and key must be given to each band’s road
manager. Artist will meet with venue & promoter security prior to sound check to go
over details for the performance. No one shall be allowed on stage during the
performance other than the ARTIST and must be approved by ARTIST or ARTIST
management!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!

VENUE SOUND REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) microphones and a good Mixer or sound board to plug into on stage.

1 DJ console (setup on stage) consisting of – two Techniques Turntables, 1 DJ mixer
(Vestax PMC 07pro-isp), 1 CD player and 1 DAT player.

2 – 15” slant monitors.

LODGING/HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
(4) Four rooms…One (1) King suite for artist, (3 King Rooms) at a 4 star hotel or
better. MARRIOTT OR HILTON Hotels are examples of hotels to
stay at.

HOSPITALITY REQUIREMENTS:

One (12) pack of bottled smart water for performance.

1 order of vegetable only fried rice, and 4 vegetable egg rolls. (no meat) Chinese
food…extra soy and sweet and sour sauce for artist.

Baked Chicken and BBQ Chicken with Caesar Salad.

(5) 99 cent double cheeseburgers from McDonalds with no pickles or onions.

Plates, Cups, and Forks with condiments.

One (1) bottle Bacardi

One (1) Bottle of Patron

One (1) bottle of Moet Rose

One (6) six pack of grape, strawberry or peach swisher sweet cigarillos

Two (2) cigarette lighters

One (1) bottle of Hennessey

One (12) twelve pack of Pepsi.

Two (2) bags of ice.

9 Magnum Trojan Condoms

6 Clean White towels

ATTACHED ARTIST(S) RIDER (IF APPLICABLE) IS HEREIN PART OF THIS
AGREEMENT AND PURCHASER AGREES TO PAY AND ADHERE TO ALL TERMS
IN SUCH RIDER. “Artist(s)” HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE
AGREEMENT WITHOUT PAYING DEPOSIT BACK TO “PURCHASER” IF
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT MET BY
“PURCHASER”

MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED TO Timothy Miller “PURCHASER” IF
ARTIST DOES NOT APPEAR TO PERFORM DO TO ANYTHING OTHER
THAN DUE TO AN ACT OF GOD, THEN PERFORMANCE WILL BE
RESCHEDULED.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have hereunto set their names and seals
on the day and year first above written, and agree to all terms and conditions set
forth in this contract and that, upon acceptance of this contract by the Artist(s)
/Agency and buyer, we will be entering into a legally binding agreement.
